So would i be wasting my time changing the the middle box and rear box too this http://www.minispare....aspx?pid=34865 too make it sound louder ?

That looks like the ideal to me. It will be slightly louder than the one you have.

As for RC40s. Great for non-turbos, but they are all 1.75" bore which is no good for a turbo system; to fit it you'd need to sleeve down from the downpipe.

Would a 2" be ideal?

I am going to ring Maniflow and ask them to make me a system up for my engine.

Want as loud and as powerful as I can get. Best thing about maniflow, is they give a powerful note, not a screaming chavs dustbin type note!

Well I've got a bespoke 2" system on mine (turbo) it's got a very small middle sicelencer only (no back box) and you still can't hear it ovet the whine of the gears.

when i changes from maniflow side exit to play-mini centre exit, it got alot louder(due to different box tho) and looked 1'000'000 times better (in my opinion)
the tail pipes mirror the back of the car i like it thats why i might keep it, but i have been thinking about a few idea's

and you still can't hear it ovet the whine of the gears

*******! i might even build my own system using 2 tail bombs, i want to be able to hear it :w00t: a mate of mine has a 3inch tail bomb on his sierra rs sound(well ok feels) nice, very deep growl :w00t:

PlayMini are just that... SHOW pipes, they won't give the smae power as a Maniflow, or other REALLY good quility exhaurst, but they sound nice :w00t:

Still I think I'll stick to my roar of a Maniflow stright though :w00t:

Yes or No lol

ok centre or side exit it is up to you personal preference

but imo maniflow is best for performance/sound, play-mini looks/sound, RC40 dont got a clue :fear: i hear they are good for performance but it will be realy quiet on a turbo

i will vote
yes

And Mini Mad, do you have some pics of your mini  looks nice from the pic.

by mini mad you mean me?
