As much fun as we're having on other pointless threads, this is not the sort of forum that points things out in such a way. There are younger people here because of the nature of the Mini, and the forum must cater for all.
I'm big enough and stupid enough to take it, but some aren't. Please think before you put such things in your posts. Point ut mistakes, yes. But play nice.

I don't think anyone has ever doubted that, and from some of the posts you have made it shows that you too have also accomplished quite a lot with the mini and other vehicles.
People like yourself can become a great asset to a forum, but what you have to understand is that there are many members on here that are just starting out along the rocky road which is mini ownership, and to be sensitive to their needs, and may one say naivety.
We’ve had a recent string on newcomers to the forum, who have shown great knowledge and talent, but instead of working with the membership to improve the content and information, have seen fit to disrupt the status quo, and I believe have subsequently left or been banned. This benefits no-one, and certainly not the forum. Please consider these words when you next feel the need to correct a statement, and make it informative for a thirds person to read, rather than biting back.
