To answer your original question its the 2 input one you need for a 4 cylinder engine with a ford coil pack.
Although really, you can just use the MJ output for the rev counter and even if you did want to run your rev counter off the coil, you can buy the diode and things to make your own taco driver for about 40p from maplin.

Hopefully you are more confused than before you asked, a perfect forum type discussion!
In conclusion:
The rev counter is easy and 1275 damper type pulley is preferable as the trigger wheels wheel will fit straght on without any machining.

The trigggerwheels wheel has a circular boss which fits into the circular recess in the picture on the above link. That is what is meant by self centering. If you don't have that type of pulley then you have to attach the wheel precisely. I would get machine shop to do it for me.....(that's me though).

p.s. the damper is a rubber ring and is there to remove vibrations.
