Excellent pics Mr Surfblue!
I didn't make it in the end. Nor did Matilda. She wanted a rest & my bike wanted to go up into the hills.

The last mini event I went to before this, was at Sandown, Esher about 6 years ago. Although Brooklands is a great venue, I felt that there weren't that many trade stalls, compared the last one I went to. How does Brooklands compare to some of the other annual events, in terms of trade stalls?

I've only been to bingley hall before this, and bingley had 10 times the amount of trade stalls!

this was my third year at Brooklands and I think it was the best yet. More or less the same number of traders as in previous ones but there were more Minis than ever, over a thousand was announced at the end of the show...
I am surprised the big traders, such as MiniSpares or MiniSport, are never there as Brooklands is the first big outdoors show of the season and is well attended. Some people are still looking for things to finish their winter projects!
Brooklands is always a great day out, and a great chance to bring the family to a show with lots more to do than just looking at Minis. The new Bus Museum is brilliant!!

I had a great day. So many Minis. Loads more than some shows. Was nice to see the rest of the museum too. Did anyone see the Union Flag Moke dump transmission all over the hill? Poor bloke...
