I've often thought about getting into the business but wonder if I'd enjoy it as much.
Much like restoring mini's I love doing it but don't know if it would be the same doing it for a living.
I'd love a small restaurant / cafe or a converted vehicle to sell food from.

Its a job you have to be passionate about. im going back into a kitchen working from 7am till 11pm most days again. its hard for some people but if you love the job it doesnt matter.
I would love to work on minis for a living though but not sure about the job opportunities there lol.

i have been on the breakfast shift covering the guy that usually does it though so cooking fry up after fry up can put you off. trust me lol

My once a month treat is the £3.99 all you can eat breakfast at the Toby Carvery. Talk about fill your boots and then have to go home and back to bed to sleep it off. A weeks worth of fat and calories in half an hour.

when i go back to this page to see the other comments, i use the pg dn button and as it quickly scrolls down you get flashes of exquisite dishes and then i see my fry up

Nowt wrong with the fry-up. I've never, ever had potato waffles in my life. I'm going to buy some to see if they're as awfully versatile as the ad used to say.
