Don't trip over the toys....

Love it!

I have just read through these 20 pages - what giggles i had reading them!

I don't really dislike many MODs aslong as they fit with the theme of the car. Each to there own really

My friend has spent the last week telling me how much he hates certain things - unknown to him they will all be going in/on my car.

The one MOD i hate because it has recently cost me a lot of money to sort out is the Sun roof (although can you really call that a MOD?) O_O

Made me smile ;D

What sort of sunroof is it? Standard glass or webasto? Webasto roofs I think can be classed as a mod?

not really sure what it was to be honest but it was one of those little ones that only opened a fraction and was rather useless.

Well this thread got out of hand! I posted earlier on but someone commented on some things i'd just like to agree with!

Bullet mirrors, sunroofs, convertibles, roof chops, the twin exit exhausts that split in the middle and come out of each side of the back (unsure of name) and any lights that aren't standard mini lights! i don't mind the clear rear lights on some cars, but not all!

Saying this, i would never want people to stop converting there cars and chopping the roofs off and such, the beauty of minis is how personal you can make them, some people express themselves through art, writing or even some sort of sports! but i love how people express themselves through there cars! ingenious little machines!

Guess if its non original then its a mod, I'm sure your insurance company would call it a mod if they wanted to avoid paying out lol

@LeaLeaCooper like garrett said, if it didnt come out of the factory like that, and someone put the sunroof in themselves, i'd class it as a modifcation!

I meant by i was unsure of it being a mod as i bought it with it and wasnt sure if someone had put it in before hand or it left the factory with a sunroof.

I think most insurance companies would overlook a sunroof. If its non original then its a mod but if it was like it when you bought it then its factory original, at least that would be my insurance approach lol ;D
