Hi, thanks :) I have changed a few bits on it since, will post some up to date pictures soon!

Yeah they are the ones, they need trimming to sit flush with the body and I have put some black trim in between the body and the arches. You need to make your own brackets to fit the arches aswell.

Hope that helps!

Just thought I would update this thread as haven't done so in quite a while. The car has slightly changed from above. It now sits on 13x7 force racing wheels, has corbeau bucket seats and harnesses, safety devices rear roll cage and the engine has had some substantial work.

KAD built the engine and did a fantastic job at it, the aim was to get around 100bhp and the same in torque, basically a nice fast road engine. We have put the SC SPI throttle body kit and ECU and after being tuned at HT racing in brands it runs brilliantly. I can drive around at low revs and it idles nice but when I want power its ready there to use. Figures achieved are 103hp and 99.5lbft torque.

Future plans are to have some very minor body work issues sorted. I am also looking into purchasing the street fighter doors from arc angles as now I have the power I think it's time to lose some more weight :D

Anyway, not sure if anyone will read this but if you do I hope you enjoy.

Very nice looking engine bay and congrats on the result.
Could you please tell us the spec of the engine, cam, compression etc.
Also what gearbox are you using

I will hopefully get a full list of the spec from KAD tomorrow and will post the details up as soon as I do.

The gear box has a four pin diff from minispares, standard gears just checked for wear, final drive is standard for a Cooper which I think is 3.1 and a central oil pick up pipe. Gearbox was built by my dad and fitted By KAD.

Thanks.
