Do people generally still give a little wave or nod when passing other classic minis anymore?

We passed 3 on our way to the Thoresby show today and not a single person acknowledged us

It was the first minis we've passed since getting our car… wondered if people had stopped doing this, or we were unlucky and only passed by misery guts?!!

yeah people still do it, you must've just gone past some rubbish people :)

I've had someone leaning fully out their window whilst driving past to hi-five me lol

Ahhh great …we must have found the miserable mini owner club then! Lol

I flash if I'm quick enough but usually just a thumbs up. I think that some mini owners just don't know about the flash and waving as I've been either blanked or had funny looks off others when I've waved to them.

Yep i wave, first time i had ever driven mine i waved at another silver one identical to mine. always get a warm feeling!

I always give a friendly wave to fellow Mini drivers! You do always get the few however who don't wave back

I wave and never get any wave back, normally i just get a confused look or a middle finger, but then again i do drive a pug 206 diesel. cant wait to get back behind the wheel of a mini again, hopefully by next summer rusty will be on the road.
