Oooohhh right, sorry!

Cutting out and welding in new sills, new a panels, new front panel, new scuttle, new wings

Repair front bulkhead, toe-board, both front floor pans,

Putting in new steering rack,

Respraying the whole front end, door shuts, sills and floor pan, and rear 1/4 panels,

Putting it all back together.

Done. :)

So it's been agreed, and it's going to Altered Image on a trailer once me and Craig have taken the engine out :proud:

So me and Craig are taking the engine out this weekend!

That's if nothing goes wrong ofc, and looking at the rest of this thread it seems pretty unlikely :teehee:

Pictures to follow :whistling:

Hi I'm Simon and I've picked the coldest snowiest day ever to take the engine out of my Mini.

It's a good job I love you. Fool.

:highfive:

The best time to take out an engine is the coldest possible day and its even better if its icy!
