I dont bother posting in the technical section anymore, as although ive been working with cars since i was 12, and classic cars since i was 16, an completed an apprenticeship and qualified level 3 mechanic, and had a lot of involvement with building and tuning a-series engines that win races and last all season, i know nothing, some kid normally knows more than me, so screw it, whats the point in spending my time trying to help someone, only to be told im wrong?

I know exactly what you mean, you see somebody like yourself posting and helping although someone else comes along with a different opinion then you're suddenly wrong!

Oh, and people that claim certain cams are too "hot" for road use, i bet half of the people that say things like this have never even had any experience with performance camshafts and properly setup engines I used my mini with a full race cam everyday, and loved it

About 20mpg , shell v-power + tetra boost could get about 35mpg cruising on the motorway.

didn't you know that 17 year olds know absolutely everything about mini's then? i thought that it was common knowledge.............

Haha same :L me and spragg up there have had a lengthy and interesting topic together. Being called bum boys for no reason twas very amusing :L oh and ryan who was your apprenticeship organiser and did u get it??
