Well today I managed to get the other upper arm built and put onto the subframe. Also got one of the cones in but managed to damage a small part of the powdercoat getting it in as it was such a tight fit ended up helping it in with a mallet. Don't have a cone compressor tool so couldn't fit the hi Los just yet. After that I started to fit the ball joint onto the hubs but ran out of light so that's it until tomorrow :)

Managed to get 1 hub built apart from shimming the ball joints as I don't have a 28mm spanner or socket. Went to start to build up the second and it didn't go so well. First off some of the threads were full of powdercoat and they also forgot to tape round one of the bleed nipples which resulted in a big chuck coming off when I undid the bleed nipple:(, them went to fit the ball joints to find the locking cups wouldn't go on after about 3 turns it went really tight, cleaned all the threads still no joy. So I took one of the other hub that I built and tried that no problems at all fitted straight on so must be the wrong kit:( same part numbers though which Is strange.

Only differance I can see is one kit says 10c 3 the other says 31c 3
