:P cheers man:)

yeah i did it. made a bit of a slop of it, had the subframe blasted, and it just started to rust ever so slightly, so i spend a day on the subframes cleaning and etch priming etc. then when it came to welding i couldnt get the etch mprimer in the crevaces, so the weld was a bit messy, but im happy with it! feking strong though!

looks spot on to me, you got all near corners for extra strength!
and indeed it makes it bloody strong as anything once you weld the seams up!

smashed the A panels on today, i must say, they fit so well!!

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

did a repair to the toe panel, hopefully i can finish it off so it looks like no repair has been made

Posted Image

Posted Image

the grey is not seam sealer, its an aluminium filler, basically normal filler that can be used on metal. its real tough, but not really ideal for a finish filler:P

NOS seals for the front and rear hubassemblys

lockheed VG95 brake shoes, racing spec ;) in such good condition they can be reused :P

doing the other side sill tomorrow, then A panels and then tackling the BOOT FLOOR! AAAHHH. :o

had 2 hours on it this evning. finished the A panel, spot welded the seams and took out the weld at the top using the die grinder. then fitted the door and made the gaps as good as. seeing as the pipe and gutter have been welded in ( possibly twisting the door a fraction) its got bleedin good gaps!!

Those door gaps look good AD. Those door hinges have had a wood pecker go mental on them. :D
