Cheers, I think the finish is pretty good considering I done it! I've only given it one quick compound & polish after flatting it off. There's still a few scratches to get out but, I'll give it another polish when I've got the panels on & then again when it's finished. And yes, stonechipping the boot is a good idea, I think!
