i think it's cheap because it's kit car insurance.

I'm looking at getting insurance for this year and it seems I'm gonna have to pay slightly more than last year - I'm only 21 and my insurance is going up

Anyone got a decent company for a 21 year old, mini as a daily driver in a rough area?

£650 from admiral is best so far who I don't really want to go with.
