I've probably made the worst mistake I've ever made, but I sold Vinnie early last week, and the new owner picked him up today  . It's all very emotional but a car is a car at the end of the day.... I hope the new owner looks after him, as he will be dearly missed  .

Only joking! :w00t:

Well I finally bit the bullet and booked Vinnie in for new sills a couple of months ago now. He had oversills on when I had him, and in my infinite wisdom decided that putting wider wheels and a stage 1 kit was a much better idea than getting them sorted. As a result in the two and a bit years of me owning him they had got steadily worse and need quite a bit of surgery  , but it'll be all worth it in the end :proud: (that's what I keep telling myself anyway).

I was never happy with the fitment of the arches, so I sold my old ones to a member on here, and am in the process of painting the new set, after hours and hours of sanding (I forgot how much prep they actually needed). So anyway I'll make sure they're right this time, put it this way, I don't fancy sanding another set :P .

I bought a new headlining which has been on my to do list for far too long, because one of the previous owners decided they were going to cut a hole in the original and stuff it with newspaper - for no apparent reason either! O_O  >_< I went for a perforated black vinyl one from Optomise Automotive, in othr words, the budget one, but it'll look a hell of a lot better than it did before. I also bit the bullet and bought a Newton Commercial deluxe carpet in black which will hopefully look quite nice (I'll keep the original though :proud:

Oh and some lowererd Gaz adjustables got delivered today :shy:. So to sum up, I'm skint!

Quick one of the headlining....

Credit to the guys at Optimise Automotive, really helpful and friendly, and quality is top notch. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone

Love they way your Thirty looks, the flat indicators will set the front end off nicely, that chrome ring can be a right pain to fit though!

The newton carpet is well worth it, can't wait to see some latest pics! :)

Well I think it's fair to say that my exhaust needed a bit of a clean...

I spent an hour or so giving it a bit of a tidy, and thanks to a bit of elbow grease and Auto Finesse Mercury it's looking much better :proud:. I won't see it when it's sitting back under the subframe but hey ho!
