My tickets cost me £30 for four of us... but that was in advance. I think they're more at the door. Not sure if you get full access to the museum.

Yes you get full access to the museum, prices on the gate are £12.50 per person if you come in a Mini £15 pp if you don't I believe

Yes based on past experiences there normally is. It's not massive though but a few sellers turn up with auto jumble

I thought the gates opened at 9am. Can't find it on website but I'm getting there for around then.
