At slower speeds,

easy way to see if its engine related or suspension related, drive down a big hill and turn you engine off, (preferbly not on a bussy road) if the noise is gone then its engine related and vise-versa, honestly it sounds like a wheel bearing or similar,

The video was me driving down a rather steep hill not In gear. Didn't switch engine off due to the servo on the breaks (needed to stop at the bottom haha).

It definitely isn't the wheel bearings as there is no play in the wheel and they have been replaced twice in case they were faulty!

Really hope it isn't diff/gearbox related as its my everyday car >_<

At slower speeds it does just sound like its something dragging/catching, but it is still quite loud!

rather risky thing to do and i take no responsibility to damage, injury or death, but am still alive ;)

put the car on axle stands so it is secure, get some body to drive the car to about 10 mph while you look under the car and identify where the sound is coming from.

or take it to a garage, like you say it could be diff related.

Just throwing it out there - could you have a cracked subframe?

Im pretty sure I don't have a crack, but it is running on solid mounts? Will this make a difference?

Ill give this a go! Ive done it before but this time ill jack up the suspension too so everything sits as it would on the road. As long as it is all on axel stands I cant see it being too dangerous

That sounds like a serious wheel bearing failure. Did you put the correct grease in when you changed them?

If it was the lcb catching, jacking it up shouldn't make a difference. You could use your brakes to create some resistance while it's in the air, even clamp off a hose at a time to drive just  one wheel. Make sure it's very secure, of course. Take the front wheels off, put something under the floor as a back up and use a length of hose as a "stethascope" rather than getting underneath yourself.
