My current daily is a Mitsubishi evo 3 stripped out race car.......
My mini is a much better daily driver! I used my mini as a daily for 4 years with no problems, only reason I'm not using it now is because its having new sills and front end :D

And if I didn't use the evo it would have to be sold so I'm not complaining....

For the last 8 years I've been driving this.

In the summer it looks like this

In the winter it looks like this

I have just brought a 12 year old 318i Touring for her in-doors so the old black thing is finally going. I've done over 110,000 miles in it.

I will then be driving this

I do like them face lift A3's, Keep find myself looking at S3's but no mater how much I look I can't afford it, will have to stick with the TT.

Lower it indeed! I have wheels and coils to fit to mine this weekend! Fun...

It was a bit pricey to buy, but seeing as im in it every day, drive it who knows how many miles I thought it would be worth the outlay to have something nice.

Its to make me look posh when im not :P

Its been lowered a touch before, but need a wee bit more, i just dont want to sacrafice the comfort with stiffer springs

My daily is an MGB GT, its older than my mini too.

EDIT: just passed its MOT straight through again, that's three years straight. It has cost me less than £200 in over four years apart from regular servicing which I do myself anyway.

I have just bought a Rover 25 in BRG. Its a decent enough little car, and my first car was a 220 SDi so fairly similar to that. It just seems a bit underpowered really, but it is only a 1.4. It should do me for a few more months until I get the Mini back and rebuilt. The plus side is it only cost me 600 quid so I can't really complain. I was looking at MX-5s but I need something a little more practical for carting crap around every now and then.

I haven't driven for a while. Forgotten how much I loved it to be honest. Need the Mini back on the road.

Nissan qashqai+2, bland as david camerons y-fronts but huge boot for lugging stuff around or 4 kids. We're foster carers and I dont think the agency were too keen on the idea of me transporting them to school in the mini. Lol

Is it getting full throtlle? Take the air filter tube off the throttle body, open the throttle fully and make sure the butterfly opens a full 90 degrees. If it dont, its an 86bhp model, which can be opened to 103bhp by removing the throttle body, chopping the plastic stop off to enable it to open fully, then refitting the throttle body. ;)
