It means you have a tool which has had a lot of money spent on it.

Stage 5 head is basically a racing head, as are the rockers, carb and gearbox. Camshaft is a racing cam as is the exhaust.

Four pot calipers are very good brakes with a lot of stopping power.

Sounds like you have a track car or a highly tuned road car.

You have something which would make a lot of people jealous. How much did this cost you out of curiousity?

Yeah there are noise limits, I believe the vosa manual states something about if its noisy enough to cause a nuisance its a fail. To be honest dude without looking at it, it sounds like you have a full blown track day car.

Ooops!

With that sort of setup I think it is going to be a pig to drive around town, but a lot of noisy fun on the local racetrack motorway network! O_O

Cheers

Sean

Jeeez you lucky b*gger! If it's good condition you got a bargain! Especially as 1275gt's are going up in value dramatically!

Sounds like a smashing deal for only a grand.  the specs are pretty high end stuff.  Probably some rust if its been sitting for 4 years, but what unrestored Mini doesnt!  Post some pics when you can!
