From your videos I reckon your car sounds very similar to mine, just with a bassier note, probably due to your engine being another 30% bigger. My exhaust is a single box RC40 that flairs to 2" at the tip, so not all RC40s are quiet ;D

And then i install some LED's as i dont have a interior lights, took me a while but very easy there is four strips :P

Posted Image

THEN i fitted a sun visor :) with some help from a friend...

Posted Image

when i had my engine put in, the gear stick hole was sorted out and welded properly so at this point i bought new carpets and door cards at the malvern show, so i then i ripped my old rubbish carpet out and put a proper one in..

Posted Image
Posted Image
Posted Image
Posted Image

and the new door cards and seats went back in...

Posted Image

LUSH!

then my dash came and i fitted that :)

Posted Image

Posted Image

Handy as well :D just need some side vents for it and interior is done forever!!!

Posted Image

I also picked some wood and picket arches up so i mocked them up

Posted Image
Posted Image

which i quite like the look of them, they suite clubman so much in my opinion i first saw them on MINI WILL's clubman on here which funnily enough he's called Will as well and hes got a clubman and its black and he runs mamba wheels and W&P arches weird ahahaha :P

random piccie on a day out with the Gem :)

then i stuck a cows head to the bonnet LOL!

Posted Image
Posted Image

and put some LED's in the dials :)

So then i decided in needed inner arches in it, so we took it too a body shop who does minis, lamborghini's, mg's everything! very very good in Wychbold, Bromsgrove way.

I turned out to be much more than just inner wings LOL
we had ordered some new outer wings both sides from MIN-its and we opted for next day delivery and they took a day to not even leave birmingham! so got our money back for them and it meant he was 3 days behind him self because he had other work to do :/ ao i think kits safe to say im never getting anything from him again :@

Because the wings were out by 1.5 inches on the passengers side and an inch out on the drivers side and were bent on the passengers side wing above the arch :S (how i dont know) a new bonnet was bought because the bonnet was full of filler (an inch to be exact) to fit the wonkyness of it all LOL

im also having the W&P arches fitted by him as he doing the wings anyway :P

so here we go more pictures.

SOooooooo close!
Posted Image

i will be fitting these as well for the bonnet catches

Posted Image

but im going to get outside ones instead of the flush ones as i dont think bonding plastic to metal is the best even though it would've looked neater :P
so thats it for now more updates tomorrow, this is it all up to date now! :P

well some updates from today, i went to pick him up :)
had quite a bit of filler dust on it where it had been cut out ahaha the engine bay looks like it hasnt been touched in 40 years ahaha

Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

so i gave it a go over with a rag, with some help from the rain :P

Posted Image
Posted ImagePosted ImagePosted Image

the front end is shiny until i get a paint job :P
so lets see how it goes :P

tomorrow im going to fit the front arches,
lower the back a little,
get rid of the negative camber so i turn full lock (as i cant cut the wings for the arches because they mount to the lip :/)
then drive it :)
oh and fit a horn and clean the engine bay and starting neatening up the wiring :)
