I have a question. I see you have a pressure regulator on your car. What carb do you have and what's your fuel pump ?

Hi Andy
Thanks a lot mate, From memory the carb was a HS4 SU carb with a high flow pump mounted in the boot. The 998cc that was in my mini was a tuned one from what i was told which was the reason for having the fuel pressure reg.
Sorry i can't help that much as i was only 17 at the time when it was all fitted.

This morning i got the roof, engine bay and inside the boot sprayed Satin black.

Well I'm happy to say i have finished the paintwork respray. 2 Coats of primer & 4 coats of gunmetal gloss + satin black. Its a very thick paint and will polish up lovely once its fully cured.
Here's the result
Guess i better think about getting that metro turbo fitted soon then

Lookin good! What paint did you use? Two- pack, cellulose? What evet it is its got old shine to it!
