I would have have completely lost my temper after hearing that the other garage sent it back there! Actually though, at least it's all done now, but it does need to be put right, and at no more cost to you, because you've already been shafted and paid far too much.

I can't believe we have had 7pages and no pictures of this car. Post up some pictures so we can see the condition. Having read the tread I have to agree with everyone..... That garage has used you. In future think carefully where you take your car, if it breaks down get it towed home and pay the extra to trailer it to a decent garage. Unfortunately you needed to learn the hard way.

Hope you can get it running nice again and isn't in to bad a condition.

Hi all, thanks again for the comments help and support with this, great to have a community like this around me :D  The car isn't looking as bad as first thought now ive scraped the mould off the carpets, given it a wash, polish and wax, cleaned EVERYTHING, polished the chrome and at the weekend im going to scrape the remaining waxoyle and rust off the underside, repaint and re waxoyle so that should help get it back to where it was. Also I sent the car back to the garage as it was running extremely rough, I thought it could be a timing issue and so wasn't too pleased with him, he fixed the issue within a day, turned out not to be timing but a damaged sensor at the back of the engine that he had crushed by accident, he has put it right free of charge (as I would expect as he caused it) I will put up some pictured of it when it was in the garage in the next day or so, internet is acting up a lot at the moment - probably something to do with the weather. Slowly getting it back to former glory, but yes I know now he will never again work on my car :P
