The nozzles are measured in flow rating not the size of the hole...

Yeah i saw that, i'm gonna use me injector and if the pump isn't powerful enough to squirt it out, i'm gonna use a welding tip

Looks to be brass but I aquired today an injector from my mates subaru, so I may use that

Good if it is brass. Remember, different metals oxidise at different rates

Can anyone tell me where to mount the injector nozzle. Would it spray direct into the charger at the top of the inlet pipe (vmax kit)? Was thinking of tapping it into the oval flange plate that bolts the inlet pipe to the charger body.

No help at all but I'm gonna mount mine on me dash pointing into me intake

Mine it mounted facing into the chargers mouth after the carb. It sounds like your running an eaton so my sc12 pics would be of no use

Sounds like the same equivalent place as where I am thinking. Spraying straight into the charger after the carb.

Hehe, I've gone for the homemade look, it's all strong and reliable, I just don't like the look of these dashes that people put in with their 3+3 gauges they all just look the same

Anyone know which is more effective out of an intercooler or water/meth injection?

Intercooler is more permanent over water injection's tank. In terms of results from both, there are so many variables ie intercooler size, what injection mix, application, mountings, potential heat soak areas etc.
