also my zcars bulkhead doesn't fit, so will probably be making my own. are the side pieces on ades car riveted to the frame and bonded to the sides of the shell?

out of question , when ordering the kad pedal box unit, what Bore size do you ask for ?

5/8" for the front and 3/4" for the rear
or .625 and .750

Rally Design stock them, but it's not just cylinders you need, the £289 is for the whole assembly isn't it? anyway they stock the cylinders and bias bars etc so you could make your own up

got my cylinders from tweeks a lot cheaper and better quality Girling items.

how much would that have been for the cylinders from them then ?

the ones from KAD bad quality then ?

It's a 2005 engine having done only a couple of hundred miles. Don't know what model it is but assume it would be a K5.

Managed to get it painted today. Actually Andy, the owner managed to paint it(it's the only bit i'm not allowed to do). I just kept making the tea for a change :D

Third coat of colour going on.

Reflection in the roof. And no, it isn't wasn't still wet when the pic was taken

Painting outside does have it's limitations. Got a bit dark by the time we had finished.

On the down side it does have one or two little bits in the paint but these will easily polish out. Another job for Andy.
