Hi folks, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I
Should route the cooling system. .. Water pump had no bypass
The thermostat housing has a sandwich plate which I think
Deals with this. ..and the water heater valve on the left hand side
Of The cylinder head appears to not exist. . Is closed off.

Cant seem to find any diagrams on line. .

Appreciate any help kind regards,

yes the sandwich plate will deal with the bypass. The heater valve you can drill and tap yourself. I have just had to do this a few days ago on a metro 998 that im putting in my mini. Cant remember the thread sizes of hand though.
