Oh yeah. And that Chris Goffey, who was the dad of the bloke from Supergrass. He was the James May of the early 90s. I actually have a claim to fame with Top Gear but mentioning it here will just seem like a total, huge brag, so I won't :D

I just can't see how anybody considers that utter tosh entertainment.
Is it supposed to be Top Gear Lite ™ ???
It'd be interesting to see a car show that actually reviews the cars properly and fairly judges them on their merits. Not whether they can withstand being shot at by a Ross Kemp lookalike with an AK47!
More pathetic Top Gear based drivel.

Hell, if that man who was firing the bazooka thing had to shoot rabbits to survive he would have starved to death pretty quickly ( couldn,t hit a cows arse with a shovel at two paces ).
they aren't easy things to aim, to get every shot on the car is like getting 180 every time for ten minutes with darts. RPG7s and SK47s are hilariously inaccurate. I was once involved in an AK47 testing session for a section 5 firearms dealer at Sennybridge, in three hundred rounds only a few hit the target at 100yds, by comparison my AR15 will hit a saucer sized target every time at 1000yds. Those things were made cheap not good (still pointless telly though).

I shot a wood pigeon from 35 feet last week with an Air Arms .22 air rifle in a slight breeze which meant i had to adjust my aim to take into account the breeze.. well chuffed and it tasted superb  :highfive:

Not really watched this series but did record the last one as I thought that would be the "mini" one.
Does that mean over 3 episodes they did not feature the mini at all? What a joke!

They did cover it in the last episode but only fleetingly. He basically said everything which could be said about the Mini has already been said, which is kind of true.

It appears the utlimate people's car is a Golf, which was a random conclusion to a random series.

I did enjoy it, despite the 10 minutes of stupid stunts per episode. The sales reps thing in the last episode really was the pits!

Well I really enjoyed the series.

Also thought the piece on the Mini was funny. Especially the comment about the bypass hose

Last nights episode was great. Loved the Countach, 205, XR3, 911 Turbo , and Cavalier!

But he didn't conclude that the golf was the peoples car, That was just another suggestion.

He ultimately concluded that all cars are the peoples cars which kinda made the whole thing a bit pointless.

I did enjoy some f the cars though

I thought the 3rd episode was good. I found it mildly amusing, especially the Mini piece and the photocopier rep race.
