Goddamnit. After a very successful day pulling the engine to bits I realised I needed a flywheel puller. I don't have one, and we can't find any for sale anywhere in NZ. Is there any way of getting the flywheel off without damaging it and no puller? If not then does anyone from New Zealand have one lying around that I could temporarily commendeer?

It's a bit of a long shot, I know, but it's worth it.

Last resort is looking on UK sites. I think I might have to somehow.

You could fashion a DIY puller from a plate of steel, and some bolts, but it is important that the correct method of pull is applied... which is using 3 HT Steel bolts into the clutch assembly around the tail of the crank... Don't try and pull with a 3 legged puller around the edge of the assembly as it will not work..

Ah ok. Cheers for that.
