Has anyone seen the video of my old friend, the late Tony Pond, doing a 100 mph lap of the IoM in a Rover? It's awesome.

Tony was a really nice bloke and is sadly missed, having dies from cancer at far too young an age. One of the finest rally drivers this country ever produced.

rovers, you either love them or you hate them ay!

Perry, what have you don't to your tomcat to make it 430bhp? I used to build these engines so would love to know and see pics.

Then I'd be looking at cracks on the inner frame. I've been working with these cars for some time in depth so am interested

weve had the car so so long, its been off the road since 2003-2004.. it use to leave most things on the road... when it finally got on a ramp the tuning shop was laughing how mad the exhaust system is and how they've never seen a car with something similar to it on the road before ahha

It'll be interesting to see as I've been around some incredibly high powered motors that have had thousands spent on them and only achieved 300bhp. 430 is a bold claim so would love to see some pics.

I love my r100 and would have a lot of rovers in a heartbeat. I think they have charm a lot of modern/90s cars lack. She has been a great tourer and the interchangeability between engines is brilliant.

Steve your 220 is stunning
