Hi all,

As explained in the title, my indicators and hazards are not working, no sign of life at all. As with a mini, it had broken down and id put my hazards on (They worked here). Pushing it to the side of the road they then stopped working... (not sure if this is relevant). Everything else electrical on the car is still working therefore i'm sure it isn't a fuse. I have also recently replaced the relay for the indicator therefore i am also pretty sure it isn't this. Other than a loose wire somewhere, is there anything else it can be?

Thanks for any help in advance!

Rob

What was the cause of the breakdown? It could be related if it was an ignition failure. Also what year mini & how many pins on that "relay". People have a habit of calling flasher units relays, it can get confusing especially when there is a real relay in the circuit.

Was a fuel Cap issue, wasn't venting so caused a vacuum and hence no fuel could be pumped! Mini is a 1994 SU Carb 1275. Have fitted a standard 4 pin relay from halfords as was on it before. Do you think i need a specific indicator relay?
