megajolt is a little circuit board that you use with some OE ford componts, it basicly replace's the distrbuter, you can adjust the timing & many other ignition aspects with your laptop or pc, it just connects by a serial to serial cable, if you have A modded engine its a better choice i feel than a custom distrabuter, thats me though, it works out aboutthe same as a new aldon dizzy or simular but is fully electronic, i would say more reliable as there is no mechanical/wearable items in the system, its not to hard to wire in & setup & if you do new mods to your motor you can adjust the ignition sttings to suit, you can even map it on the move i think,

[email protected] is a top chap, can help where needed & there are lots of chaps willing to get it setup

alexf2003 that posts on here sells them is a top chap too!!! he's recommended by many & me,
i did'nt buy my kit from alex just due to casflow as i need the lil bits of cash i have for my engine build to, every little helps they say, alexf2003 a top guy & very knowledgable is alex, bought & sold from him before, has a nice quick mini too! & his new turbomini, very sweet!

timing gears look nice!

How much did the box set you back? I'll be after one soon for my turbo build but they look expensive...

I know they do!
Theres so much going into this engine, which I'd love to have on show, but there is just no way that'll happen :)

But I got the 'box from GW, I supplied the Diff and FD, and hes done the lot for under £600.

Nah. and to be honest I'm just going to refurb my S calipers, for the sake of £20, and for what I'll be doing with them, I don't need 4 pots...

(_!_) - No. I can't afford £400/litre for paint, and I wanted to make the car look older...

Thanks RG! :D
I've wanted a Grey Mini for a while, but I only faniced it on a Van/Pickup, but after talking with the paint shop, and looking at the current shecne, there isn't many "old" coloured mini around...

So with the Mk1 touches, I think the Mini will look awesome!
