looks like machined down ones i used to have. heavy as standard S ones. or heavier.

Would 4.5" cooper s 10" wheels with 3mm spacer to fit alloy caliper fit archless with 165 or 145 tyres?

No, my 165's on Cooper S rims and Disc conversion is tight. It depends on how picky people want to be to be honest. You may get away with it as its only 3mm BUT!!!!!!!!
