Thanks guys. Im super pumped at how they look. Im a mesh wheel fan, and would have gone the mamba style if not for carl putting up a post about his new mesh style! Last minute change of heart before ordering.
I think i can always just order new centres from Carl and i can rebuild the wheels as mambas :D

Yeah they are super sweet looking wheels, don't know why but my favorite are the exacton ones. They look racier :P lol. I've had 2 sets of them, wish I never sold either now because would love some for my estate

I agree! A set would look sick on your sig car ; )

Thats fair! I dont really know what i think about the exacton wheels, we never got them in Australia. Im a little spoiled as i can get some old compomotive centres and build up 13" 3-piece compomotives if i want to go that closed in dinner-plate style race wheel :D

They are glorious!

That they are! I'd say thanks but its all Carls handiwork!

Worryingly they are only 165, but hopefully with the tall sidewall they will stretch without looking ridiculous. Time will tell!

I did. Sold them last year to a bloke in Tasmania though. They're fitted to his clubman and looks good!

Thanks mate! I hope to get some more progress/pictures in the next few weeks. Some final purchasing is needed before the metal work begins

Just spoke to Kevin at Protech this afternoon (about 8am your time). Lovely bloke, definitely recommend giving them a chat if anyone if interested in their gear. Ordered some non-offset rear coilovers with an open length of 14" but using a 13" body. Kevin recommended 150lb springs, and it was backed up by my suspension guru, but i forgot to mention we will be using a rear ARB so not sure if that changes things. Anyway, not sure on ETA, but the ball is now rolling

Needed somewhere to write all the stuff/jobs for the mini, but had no spare wall space. Except the garage door.

This is my new chalkboard!

Just a few days to harden and the chalk comes out
