New bungs fitted to all of the holes in the floor and epoxy primed

Replaced the battery negative terminal.

Replaced the fuel tank bracket

Spent some time setting up a new air line in the garage

Pressure tested over night to 300 psi, using water of course.

Patched up the n/s rear arch

After this, I discovered that the top part of the arch is heavily pitted, so this will be fully replaced.

 

Repaired the top section of the o/s rear quarted panel.

Removed the old wax oil from the floor.

I found there's some further areas of the boot floor requiring attention and a small piece of the drip rail. As well as the rear arch replacement. I'll work through these next and strip the paint off of some other areas to ensure there's no rust lurking in them.

whats the logic with the copper pipe going up and down along the wall ?  just curious what that's for really I'm sure you have a reason

Water removal from cooling the air,I have similar and regularly drained it works.Steve..

ah ok so they're water traps then, fair do's, we dont have any hard lines, just the flexi hoses straight from the tank which has a water release key on the bottom

I only had an 8mm hose running along the floor before I set this up which just got in the way and it was only a matter of time before I hit it with some molten metal :). I'll see how well it works over the coming weeks as I have some touching up to do on the other mini
