your the man with a plan for this event, need any help just PM me, will have to get the site banner to you or cb ready for the show, and stickers etc for sale but we will sort that laters,

dont think daveNclaire can afford it now, but not sure, but i dont think they will be going, BUT im sure you can pull off a very good stand,
i will also get the flags to you and possible the members minis board or something,

Still going AFAIK but won't be on my mates tradestand now, as his GF and my GF kind of fell out. So now I have to PAY FOR A TICKET! FIRST TIME IN YEARS! Bloody women.

I think we are staying at the travel lodge type place just up from gate west 4.

We camped in Silverstone for Mini@40. That was great, we watched the cavalcade(which we were supposed to be in but that's another story) from the tent. We were so close to the track. I think we were somewhere around Club or Becketts. There's LOADS more toilets in Silverstone itself now than there were five years ago.

So do we have a stand or not?

ok people we have some bad news :sad: :sad: , we were too late to get a club stand, it seems even though charlie has been e-mailing them they didn't send him out any forms :sad: :sad: which he could send back to get us a stand.

i spoke to the guy in charge and he has been directing everyone to the camp site that we are going to, so as to not be disapointed i will book upto 10 stands for forum members, if you lot want me to, that way we will all be together

if any of our members are going to be on club stands, and they have room, do you think that we can put some of our mini's and fliers on their stands. can you find out please :grin: :grin: pretty please with a cherry on top..

this is the campsite cowboy and I are booking at. if you like, we can book a site for you too, but please let us know asap by PM to either of us.


we are planning on going there first thing saturday morning to set up camp and get are little area marked out.

charlie brown has struck GOLD he is trying NOW to get us a stand with 12 mini's its £6 per mini, inc driver, which gets you entry to the show, you will need to pay CB

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to get numbers on who will be camping with us and/or on the club stand.

if you could please reply as soon as possible to let me know, we can then make arrangements to get everything sorted out.

this is quite important so we know what needs to be booked and space needed. there is currently room for 10 more mini's on the club stand so be quick. Cowboy ad myself will also book a campsite for you if needed to save paperwork, but we cant do anything if we dont know.
