it is open to all members, no matter how long they have been with the forum!

that brings us now to 8 member mini's on the stand.. still room left

I'm curious,
What happens then.
Do we drive up to the camp site the day before and camp that night or 11th and the 12th, or do we meet early on the 12th set up camp and then set the stand up.

Im not sure on the camping as i may be going over with friends whos mini are all rusting away and need lots of work so they will be in the "normal" cars. if i am camping i will definalty come and see you all AT LEAST the night before ill let you know more when i have spoken to some people,

AL, what i am doing is arriving on the saturday! and setting up camp then hopefully going to watch some racing on the track, its somet like a jag meet or somet, cant remember exactly what, and then when members arrive i will introduce myself, as for setting up the stand i think they will let us in early on the sunday morning!

cowboy and i are booking campsites for the saturday night only. we will double check to find out what time we will need to leave the campground on the saturday.

our plan is to camp the saturday night then pack up to go over to the show and set up the gazebo there. needless to say we will be packing the cars with the minimal of things needed. since we have the gazebo and a 2nd small tent, we can store things we dont want on show inside the small tent to keep it out of sight and the gazebo is a very large one so we can sit in shade at least.

just to clarify, and let those that want to know what is going on.

mini in the park is only a 1 day show, so to make it easier for everyone coming from all the corners of britain, and anywhere else, instead of trying to meet up early on the sunday, and try to organise things, we thought it would be easier for everyone to meet up on the saturday, that way there is no rush to get to the show, and no long driving on the sunday morning.

im going to be booking camp space on friday for everyone who has asked, after that you will have to contact the campsite yourself if you want to camp. sunshine and I will be going up earlyish on the saturday, to set up our forum campspace, just look for 3 kids handing out fliers..


as for the show i will be going up to see marksmini and marksbetterhalf, to get the banner and show plaque's and a few other bits , which will need setting up on the day, along with t-shirts which we hope everone on the stand will be wearing and stickers, which we hope everyone on the stand will have on thier cars..

nicks informed me thats what wer doin, except we'll be meetin up wit my cousins at sum point aswell. we'll be thr early dependin on traffic and us not arguin ova whos drivin... (no gettin lost like miniworld45)

Yeah we got a fair whack to come its gonna be a 5 hour drive, so we are leaving around 7am saturday morning!! hoping to get there at 12! do a few bits in northampton then to the campsite to meet every1!!
