When you show someone a picture on your phone and they take it off you and start flicking through the album!

Then they see that one picture

We've all been there....

Almost happened....Eek :shy:

I think the "problem" with cycling is its very accessible. Any plonker can get on a bike and ride it and cause a nuisance and they do. I ride mine too and from work which is only a couple of miles and will be doing so when i move to my new place of work which is about 12 miles away. I'll be following the highway code at all times etc, but I doubt anyone would praise for me it, but see a scratter dressed in a black tracksuit and they'll tar everyone with the same brush.

What gets me;

Drivers who feel they never make any mistakes - we all do.

Chavs in their lowered VW's, Corsas, etc, with audio systems blasting out music I don't want to hear (they probably wouldn't like it if I blasted Beethoven out a mega-watts).

Drivers who have no patience with slow vehicles like tractors where the drivers are just doing their jobs. We all have to share the roads.

Drivers who put on fog lights and read high-intensity lights when it is just slightly misty, thus dazzling others and making it difficult to see the brake lights in front.

Celebrities who whinge about their naked selfies appearing on the Internet because someone "hacked the cloud".

Here's an idea: Don't take them in the first place or if you have to, use some common sense and put the pics on an encrypted hard drive.

DO IT! Blast out Beethoven all you like. It would make a nice change.

Also I don't get people who whinge about tractors and farm vehicles. I always think "do you want to be able to eat tomorrow?"

Two that gets my goat.

People who move into the country side and expect it to be quiet. It isn't. Deal with it

People who move into the country side and then try and get new speed limits imposed just because they can't drive down them at the same speed as everyone else. 60mph is possible on a single lane road. You just have to look ahead a bit more to make sure no-one is coming. There is no need to have a 30mph limit put on it just because someone else might come the other way. If they do then you slow down.

In the next village to ours they have just reduced the speed limit to 20 for some unknown reason,
The thing that annoys me is the man who stands in the middle of the road every morning for 2 hours waving his hands shouting at all the cars the speed limit when the signs are very clear.
The kids love waving at the crazy fool on the school run

Another one for me, The School Run.

Why do parents feel the need to park on double yellow lines or completely on the pavement. If you cannot get to the car park in time then you need to sort out your time schedule.

Coming into where I live at school closing time is carnage. I don't live next to the school but to get into my side of the estate there is only one road in and out. One day a fire engine will need to get down there or God forbid an ambulance. People it's not difficult, double yellows are there for a reason and it's not to allow you to pick up little Waynetta.

Try living near the school and find people double parking across and on private driveways, sometimes even if they are being watched doing so. But with all this driving the kids to school just because they are too lazy to walk and they wonder why kids of to day are obese.

People who buy items on ebay and then never contact you to collect them or pay for them. My Vectra Alloy wheels are about to be re-listed for a fourth time due to time wasters.

My Vectra F40 gearbox has sold a second time and I have a second unpaid item case open on it.

Most of the locals around me ignore the new speed limits and just carry on like before. Its not an excuse but for years its been fine and I cannot recall any fatal accidents. Just the odd stupid 17 year old who thinks they are Colin McRae

You can tell the people who aren't local. They stick to the speed limits.
