ok everyone yet another update, started preping the car for spraying, decided to take her back to the metal so i now there is no rust under the previous paint, bit of advice to everyone dont use red lead on your cars, its a pain in the arse to get off once on

White with black arches is the way forward, not that i'm bias or anything

i think you should carry on the big bonnet stripe down the middle, have that stripe BRG and the rest of the car OEW,.... then put it on 10's and you're laughing!

have green stripes down the side like the lotus cortinas did!! ohh another idea for my project!

oh thats good then looks like people like the oew colur then, how easy is it to spray does anyone now, of so any tips. thanks

Wise ol' retro proverb say

"The lighter the colour, the less the imperfections show"

Doesn't make it phsically any different to spray in terms of difficulty,... but White is a very safe colour.

right another update started the painting progress and was fairly happy with the way my repairs have come out pics bellow
was a bit disapointed with my spray gun but sorta did the job been and got a devilabiss now so shouldnt have many problems.

been a little while since i have done anything to rusty but started to make a move on her the last few days, i sprayed the roof today and was very pleased with the results here are a few pics so you can all see what i mean!

hi all started building me frame now so im ganna show u a step by step on the build aint fully finished as yet but getting there
