Does anyone have the pinout for the ACR4 PC data lead. I'd like to make one, just because really.

It's an RJ11 to 9 way D type.

Cheers.

Hey guys sorry if it's a old post but for future help I was looking for one of these my self cheapest way I found to be. I found that you can buy a adaptor there's a three pin plug on it for the diagnostics but it has a USB connection on the other end you will need a USB to a Android or iPhone adaptor what ever device you use and there's a mems app you can get the lite version which is free or buy the app which is £5 I did this as I am experiencing problems myself did the trick getting all the live data back from the ecu temperature any fault codes and it total cost me about £20 rather that a £200 diagnostics tool but if you do go for this just a head up when you open the app go to preferences in the app and change the settings as mine was set to a 1.9 which is a mpi I think but once I set it two 1.6 for my spi I was getting a code coming up on my water temp which I thought was fine turns out they supplied me a metro one which has different resistance but any help or questions you need I will be happy to answer?

Here is a link to pin out diagram for the SP ACR.

Quality is not the best, but workable.

I have written a number of applications in Python that will read and analyse the MEMS ECU.

Feel free to download and use from github if you know how. (https://github.com/a...kson/memsviewer)

If you're at a show I usually take my laptop and cable so can diagnose for you.

I posted in the Hello/Welcome section about it,

but just to say that I have made an Android phone/tablet app to connect to Mini SPI ECUs if you use the right cable

It should work for MPIs too but I haven't tested it yet

Here is the app (it's free)

https://play.google....m.jmp.rovermems

And I can advise on making your own cable or people might be selling them..

The short version is use a 5v or 3.3v USB to TTL/UART cable and use an OTG connector on your device

Figured it might save people paying loads for the physical code readers,

I am using it myself right now to check my own car

Cheers
