Hello,

what is the best option for 1275 Austin Metro Engine with HIF44?

I want side exit exhaust and nice sound.

The C-STN18A would be excellent for your application.
Should you decide later on to make it really go better by fitting a fully gas-flowed head plus a better cam that system will still work well.
