Hi everyone

I have bought a twin h4 carbs with 12A309P manifold that I need help with a few bit.

1. The choke lever is AUC4045 and looks different to the ones that are sold with new sets. Are these the correct ones for a mini?

2. I need a manifold that has a brake takeoff off any suggestion on which one to get?

3. If you are running h4s can you please post some photos of your set up as the very few that are on Google are not clear and I want to see if im missing anything.

Thank you

Some info here https://www.theminif...bs-on-manifold/

that manifold is worth keeping as they can sell for a good price.

1) I’d go with what ever choke lever works for your setup. If you need it to be an exact copy of the works setup, you can get them. Otherwise if it works I’d keep what you have
2) you’d probably want a manifold cast 12A661P, stamped AEG347

I’d try on http://mk1-forum.net/ , they are a bit more knowledgeable on H4 carbs

On the main reference part of the website are a number of technical documents including all the original spec parts
https://mk1-performa...hnical_carb.htm

Med have a few clear photos too

I’ve been working on a set for my car, they are a bit different to the usual HS2/HS4
