1968 Mini countryman

Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump is situated as I bought this mini already stripped down. It is an electric pump not the mechanical one on the engine (where it would fit on the engine is not machined out!). Thanks

1. Year of your vehicle (e.g. 1988)
2. Model of your vehicle (e.g. Mini Designer)
3. A detailed description of the problem and anything you have tried to fix the problem.
4. Pictures can sometimes help in diagnosing a problem, if you think they could, why not include some?

Would have been mounted on the rear subframe.

On my '88, LHD mini, the electric pump is situated near the petrol tank outflow pipe and mounted to subframe using rubber "spool" type bobbins.

Could be a very late tank with the pump actually inside the tank? ie an SPI or MPI tank?
