None of them are that useful, the secondary spring is too tight.

Is it possible that the strength of both springs won't allow full advance ?
On this unit I mesured almost 20 degrees with protactor, but only 13 on the machine.
I welded up for 11, now I measure 8 on the machine

Can you put up the test results?

Yes, here they are. The red graph shows the test results. The black is one from CSI curves which with a little mod, which I think that should be good for the std. 998.
As I said before I have two of these dizzys.
BAU1962/A is my friend's unit
BAU192/B is mine after some "tuning".
The pictures shows the dwell values at 500 (left) and 3000 (right) dizzy rpm. What causes the difference ?

Dwell looks much to short on the second dizzy, try a replacement module.

I am confused ![]()
Unit A : 8 degrees dwell on ~500, 22 d's ~3000 (distributor rpm)
Unit B : 22 / 50 degrees
I think unit A is faulty, isn't it ?

I wondered why there was a brass blade on my set of feelers.
