Bought the last few bits I needed to buy, so all is good.

I bought one of these anorl, and I'm making a new loom from scratch, rather than chop into the 40+ year old one that's in there and already been modded by several previous owners.

I also has a Pacet adjsutable fan controller, plus a load more silicone hoses, the air filter, the inlet mods are finished, so I'm good to rock and roll soon.

I've been and bought all the fluids, need to fill and bleed brakes properly, fill gearbox with oil, fill engine, fit sparkplugs, finish main loom wiring, re-mount gear lever bracket, make carpet fit that, then that's kinda it, other than welding the front panels together. WEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Well, the wiring module is all wired up. The engine is all wired into it, the dash is wired up (bar a couple of tell-tales)...

Tomorrow I need to tape the looms up, refit the GRP dash, charge the battery, try and fire her up! Weeeee!

Oh yeah, before I do that, I need to fettle the inlet manifold a bit. Need to add a vacuum take off on it.

8.5 hours straight through. Didn't even stop for a butty or even a drink. Got totally engrossed in it all day. Felt really good actually. If I have another day like that tomorrow, I'll be well chuffed and pretty much sorted. I do need to make a centre console/surround for the gear lever mount bracket.

Jesus, I'm sooooooo close now!

Nice work Matt, is that a yellow oil filler cap on the dashboard?
