hey everyone it works, just got it fitted and it really does only take 5 mins. just tested it on a old 12v batt and linked it to my room tv and works perfect.

very pleased

A small LCD would be the cheapest/easiest you do realise.

They are wideley available on eBay for 12v, in various sizes. The PS2 would also plug straight in.

thanks. i have all the parts now. also have my project 1275gt turbo up and running.

will take pics of how i installed my mates ps2 to his car tomorrow. Although he was using the older style ps2 so had to use an inverter. but has the same principle as the slimline ps2 install.
