I don't think it's childish, if people feel it's their moral duty, then they should do it. Do you know for definite it was someone off this site?

Imagine someone bought your mini, that was clearly ringed. Said person then crashes the car, their insurance company comes to look at it and won't pay out because the vehicle isn't what they thought it was. Now that person comes back to you, with no car, they've lost money, and maybe they have a personal injury claim they want to stick to you too. Do you really want to go down that route?ok people have been on about this v5 thing

It would be a shame to lose another member from this site.
However, if you are going to accuse me of reporting you to the DVLA, when I have done no such thing, you need to have a serious talk with yourself Minishorty. I am VERY offended by your ridiculous statement, based on what? A total guess? Thank you, you are truly a legend!

I admit that the statement i made at the start may have been jumping the gun a little but it stil holds valid points. Also just because lots of people are doing things doesnt make it right or legal.
If you knowingly buy a ringed car then its your own fault but if your insurance doesnt pay out because someone else ringed the car then you shouldnt be made to suffer!
