this is great it makes me want to do even more shows with mine and possibly compete to the as std close to yours bt that will be preety impossible as yours is MMMIIINNNTTT

the paint i used was an etch primer

I recomend you use one that requires an activator as they tend to be a bit more agresive.
Or... use Por15 thats what i would use for certain if i where to do it again. It actually prefers rust to bare clean metal... and sticks ... well! frost sell it :P check it out :teehee:

If you dont mind telling where did you get this grinding tool from because it looks really really good.

Got a new toy yesterday

i was told not to press down with it, and to avoid corners and it will turn paint and rust to dust.

well the guy was right it WONT touch the metal no mater how hard you press down it just polishes it up and removes all paint etc..

Excellent project and I am liking the video. You have inspired me to push my project just that little bit further and get the finish as good as possible. Keep up the good work!

What have you been using to clean parts up? They go from grimey to looking like they've been shotblasted or somthing!

Great project, hopefully i'll have a enough money to do this one day. Good luck with the rest
