If monies go right, then I can't see why not, but in all honesty, I very very much doubt it.
I start my new job on Monday, going to Ibiza end of this month, and have quite a few things I need to sort out before I can dedicate my time to the engine etc. I really want to get the Van done, but atm too many personal issues are in my way to even think about it. :D

But in all honesty, all I need for my engine now, is my gearbox to have a refurb (Mr GW is doing that for me) along with my Final Drive to be swapped over. Once thats done, all I need to get is a orange pre-verto clutch kit, a transfer case, clutch cover, all the bit for a pre-verto clutch, oh and a BK450 head gasket, and some 1275 pushrods, and then its done :D

Well was up at 10am today, got the door back on, and all the trim refitted... I also started tackling other areas that were just annoying me, such as scratches, and some damage from SMD... But its all sorted now - not brilliant atm, but waiting a week or so to allow the paint to harden, so I can G3 it so it'll blend in a little better

Above is the finished work of my door repair... Looks good now, and would you believe, the door fits and shuts a lot better than it did before... I used to have to push the bottom of the door with my knee to get the door to lock, I now no longer need to do that =]

Hinges in the process of being prep'ed for painting, I got fed up of having black hinges as it looked tacky and horide.
Also, can you see the nice big "key" scratch? this was done when I fist got the Van...

Hinges in primer....

And fininally a finished door  Both door have had the hinges done, but this door had the most scratches etc on... I think it now looks a lot smarter, and I also sprayed the sills, the whole Van now, just looks neater and tidyer.

What you think guys? :P

But I might get a new exharst for him the weekend - not sure, I've got £100 burning a hole in my pocket, will see whats at Stanford when I get there...

Yeh - I am a little bored of have a sweet sounding exhaust - its just a little too quiet to me now... just want something that'll bark a bit more.... So might order a 2" twin box system, problem is between the Van and saloon exhausts is the tail pipe... the Vans are longer... So I think if I get a cheap bling tat, exhaust, it won't matter if I chop the tail pipe to lengthen it =]

I have a gearbox in the shed, the one i am going to use on the 1380, but it has a 3.6FD in it at the mo, which is far to short for what I want. I am just rasing some pennies so I can send the box off, with my 3.1FD and get it rebuilt by mr.GW =]
