These are some of the reasons I left Mini Sport and went to work for Moss...the problem is your not even allowed to help the customer's out at M/Sport without getting in trouble!! and that's as a member of staff :w00t:

That is shocking, customer service is what brings customers back, even if prices are slightly higher than other places people rely and put faith in companies that are helpful and look after thier customers.
Im in liverpool this week so im away for a look around the minisport shop today. i've had a few run ins myself with minisport however and much prefer minispares.

Well I have won a £50 voucher to spend with them, so this is going to be a very interesting experiment. I only ever use Somerfords for mail order as they are just so reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

my beef with minisport was....

they had ally pedels on sale, so i ordered them and they never turned up. apparently they didnt have any stock.
so i called them and said to the dude on the phone..

"isn't there a law against advertising a product you cant sell because you havn't got"

he mumbled
i told him he had 4 days to have it on my doorstep or i would go to trading standards with all my order info, the advert for the product and the emails that they had sent me saying they didn't have any.

2 days later it turned up

try it , it worked 4 me

still though, would be nice to just get them without having to threaten them
ive used minispares and minispeed plenty of times and had no issues with each except when minispeed send out a wrong washer, one arrivied special delivery the next day and they called on the day to let me know about it. I also found minispares helpful when i rang up about the TMF dicsount.

I think MiniSpares are great, used them several times over the internet and got everything very quickly and well packaged. Great website so you can see exactly what you're ordering. Haven't used Minisport because their website was... so..... slow........ zzzzzzzzz.
