I rang up Minisport for suspension cones, they gave me a price, I said that minispares were cheaper, and the guy hung up!

Also past orders I've had from them have been shockingly bad. Took them 6 months to get me 1 item.

Always use Minispares or Moss now.

Also, noone wants to here things like that.
would you like it if you sold stuff and loads of people phone you up and said so and so is cheaper then you.
i think you would get P***ed off with that too.
But i know the saying "treat people how you expected to be treated" has gone out the window for most people

I work in the parts trade and to be honest if people quite often will try and get a "better" deal by saying they can get it cheaper, but its still a very unprofessional thing to do by hanging up!!

Ive had similar problems with mini sport, they were quite happy to take the order, but when the order eventually came some parts were missing, so i enquired the whereabouts of them , when i finally found someone to give me an answer my question i was told they were on back order!!
I wasnt informed at the time of ordering and would have sourced the parts elsewhere if i knew, as i was doing an event the following weekend and needed the parts.
My customers would not put up with this sort of service in my business but it seems quite common after reading the comments on here
But then doesnt it seem that in all trades that the art of customer services seems to be sliding and the ones with the best service often win...........
