Oh just the usual Minifinity unpleasantness really and now I'm being driven out for causing a stir with my little "Time To Jump Ship Perhaps?" thread that I posted in General Chat there. Plus us more mature enthusiasts like Sal and myself came under fire in the Play Pen and they obviously don't like hearing the truth.

Anyway I'd say that the Mini Magazine win for The Mini Forum was very justified considering the behaviour on Minifinity.



I'm sure Sal will sort out some photo's when she gets back and yes it's true, all her Minis have names too!

Yes don't worry buddy we're very much the victims and not the trouble makers. Still at the end of the day it's their loss because their losing a few real long term Mini enthusiasts.

But we don't care because everyone is fantastic and friendly here so we feel right at home.

Fireman Sam..........I ended up takign my Cooper to Southern Mini Days in the end as my Flame broke down again - nearside rear susepnsion - ssomethign collapsed as I was setting off for Southern Mini Days. I had to go hoem and put everyting in my Cooper (Mostyn) and take him instead. The disappointing thing was that I had cleaned my Flame for the show n shine on Sunday. Still there's always next year. I had a brilliant weekend, but strangely did not see any of the Clubman Estate Register people.

Taffy, FFS dont carry this argument on over here. You came under fire in the play pen because you responded in an aggressive way to a comment that wasn't even aimed at you. If you want to go and *woman of ill repute* people or forums off either go and say it on an open forum, or the little button that says "PM" works as well.

SMD was so hot, I had to take shelter a couple of times because I was feeling positively ill (partly due to being ill lol, but also because of the heat!), twas a great weekend though

What a weekend - great fun - loved every minute, apart from breaking down a few minutes from home, having to turn round and transfer everything into another Mini.........one that I don't fully trust at the moment !!!! Still he got me there and back, so I am not complaining. I was with TVMC and we really did have a great laugh, as usual. We've got some right characters in our club ! It was a shame Fred didn't make the show n shine, but there's always next year. Still I would have been in a constant battle against all the dust there. Also the sun had made me ill on Saturday so there's no way I would have wanted to have been cleaning a Mini. It was really bad. One of the daft moments was going out in Mostyn, three up, and filling his boot with cans of beer- I had his mudflaps scraping on the ground on the way back from Waitrose !!!! Ooh - yes, to the person who asked..................my boys are all named !!!! I will try to do the pics this week so you can all have a good old nosey !!!
